The Kansas City Chiefs are holding on for dear life on Monday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers, but that did not stop Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles form having a little fun.

After scoring on a 9-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to make the score 14-7 in favor of Green Bay, Charles mocked the famous Discount Doublecheck touchdown celebration of Aaron Rodgers.

Charles is one of the best running backs in the game, but this is not the wisest move. Kansas City has been nothing short of terrible the entire night and Charles’ touchdown scamper was the first time he did anything all night. To disrespect the best player in the game today in front of his own fans at Lambeau Field? Yikes.
The Packers are 2-0 and look well on their way to 3-0, while the Chiefs are poised to become 1-2. Kansas City won its season-opener against the Houston Texans, only to suffer a primetime meltdown last week against the Denver Broncos. Charles was a major part of that disaster, fumbling twice including in the final minute on a play that led to Bradley Roby’s winning score.
Despite that mess, Charles has been an elite back since being drafted out of the University of Texas in the third round back in 2008. Last year, Charles became Kansas City’s all-time leading rusher on a touchdown run against the San Diego Chargers.
