NFL pick ’em 2015: Week 4 predictions
NFL Week 4 picks and predictions from the FanSided staff.
Takes deep inhale
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
After entering last week in the penultimate position – at a disgusting 15-17 – yours truly shot to the top of the rankings with an almost unprecedented 15-1 showing in Week 3. Let’s just say that Time Inc. may-or-may-not have started up plans to erect a trophy of me in the lobby of their new office space. When you got it, you got it.
The NFL has been pretty wild this year. There are probably, oh, six or seven teams that are worth anything and the rest are varying levels of not good-to-terrible. The cream rises to the top, but this season’s bunch doesn’t have a lot of head on it.
Spinning forward to the Week 4 picks, Atlanta, Buffalo and Oakland are getting a lot of love from the FanSided team – never thought we’d see the day. And for some reason none of us, save Patrick Allen and Josh Hill, can quit the Chiefs.
Swing games figure to be the Pittsburgh-Baltimore tilt on Thursday Night Football, the Panthers-Bucs contest and the Minnesota-Denver matchup.
The razor’s edge game of the week is Dallas traveling to New Orleans. Everyone except Matt Verderame is cautiously behind Brandon Weeden and the Cowboys. Verderame steadfastly refuses to support Weeden in anything in life except retirement, and is throwing caution into the wind to roll with a decrepit Saints squad riding its longest home losing streak since 1980. It should be interesting.
Here’s a look at the picks for this week.
