Broncos’ Von Miller fined for his pelvic thrust celebration dance
By Jack Crosby
Von Miller heard from the NFL this week in regards to his pelvic thrust dance that he likes to perform
This past Sunday night the Denver Broncos were victorious over the Detroit Lions, and for a lot of the game, the Broncos defense made life hard for Matthew Stafford. At one point in the game, following a sack, we were treated to yet another pelvic thrust celebration dance from Denver linebacker Von Miller. It’s not the first time that we’ve seen him hit the dance, although, the NFL has had enough.
According to Pro Football Talk, the NFL has fined Miller the sum of $11,567 for the dance, something that some people saw coming. While some look at the dance as being funny, it’s not exactly the image that the NFL would like to portray. Quite frankly, they have enough problems on their hands at the moment.
Again, this was not the first time that Miller treated us all to the celebration. The most notable one that most will remember from this season came on the Thursday night when they took on the rival Kansas City Chiefs.
Unfortunately for Miller and the people that giggle when it happens, we won’t be seeing it anymore.
Go ahead, you can commence with your “No Fun League” jokes accordingly.
