Texas Rangers have already fired the guy who tweeted about Charlie Strong

It took a matter of moments for the Texas Rangers to fire the social media person who tweeted about Charlie Strong.

After the Texas Longhorns dropped to 1-5 on the season following a 50-7 loss to TCU, every single fan in Texas was thinking the exact same thing — Charlie Strong needs to be fired. It was all over social media as fans were venting their rage, but only one of those people ended up getting fired for what they said.

The Texas Rangers Twitter account tweeted about Charlie Strong and basically said what everyone else was thinking about the head coach.

But the team wasn’t tickled that their social media manager went rogue and wasted absolutely no time in firing him or her for what they tweeted out after the Texas massacre.

This isn’t the firs time that a team has fired someone over what they tweeted — and it’s not even the first time i na year that a Texas team has done so. The Houston Rockets fired their social media person after they tweeted about killing the Mavericks in the opening round of the NBA Playoffs this year.

It was actually a hilarious tweet, but professional sports teams apparently have no time for humor or honesty on their social media accounts.
