James Jones made one of the best catches that you will see in football all year off this deep pass from Aaron Rodgers
When we learned that James Jones would be returning to the Green Bay Packers this year right before the season started, we knew that we would be in for some treats with he and Aaron Rodgers back together. So far, they’ve shown they’re still on the same page, but what happened on Sunday was just amazing.
About midway through the third quarter in the game on Sunday against the San Francisco 49ers, the Packers’ offense was facing a third-down situation. Rodgers dropped back to pass and he was immediately met with pressure from a defense that has been in his face all game. With this, he just lobbed the ball down the left side.
Well, this is where James Jones came up with one of the better catches that you will see the entire season.

It’s almost as if these two can really do no wrong together. It literally seems that if he throws the ball anywhere near Jones, then he’s going to catch it, no matter how difficult it seems.
