Rams’ Stedman Bailey catches touchdown, takes nap

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey catches a touchdown and takes a nap to celebrate.
The St. Louis Rams are trying to knock off another NFC West rival and potential Super Bowl contender on Sunday when they play the Arizona Cardinals. Rams wide receiver Stedman Bailey caught a beautiful 18-yard touchdown pass from Nick Foles.
The score extended the lead for the Rams.
Since he was on the ground already, Bailey improvised and came up with a hilarious celebration. He took the ball, used it as a pillow and took a nap.
Now the NFL has a new rule that players can’t go to the ground to celebrate touchdowns. But the act of catching the ball and the play resulted in Bailey being on the ground, so he just stayed there and got away with it.
But what a clever celebration, I personally enjoy these over the dance crazes we see replicated in the end zone so frequently.
