Sam Bradford throws 62-yard TD bomb to Riley Cooper (Video)
By Mike Dyce
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford hits Riley Cooper for a 61-yard touchdown.
The Philadelphia Eagles haven’t gotten off to the start this season the way they would’ve liked, but they might be finding their rhythm.
The Eagles faced 2nd-and-20 on their own half of the field. Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford dropped back and had plenty of time unload down field.
He found Riley Cooper behind the Washington Redskins defense and the two hooked up for a 62-yard touchdown.
Bradford followed that up with another touchdown pass, but from a more reasonable 10-yards out to tight end Brent Celek.
Don’t get too excited yet though Eagles fans, it is still the Redskins they’re playing and Washington is an unmitigated dumpsterfire.
They can make any team look like Super Bowl champions on any given Sunday, and the Eagles are just tied with them at 13 points in the third quarter after trailing at the half.
