With their annual showdown against Florida State on the horizon, the Miami Hurricanes have released their official hype video

In Week 6 of the college football season, the marquee match up that we’re being treated to is a game that folks look forward to every season for the past three decades, the Florida State Seminoles and Miami Hurricanes. These two bitter rivals will once again take the field against one another for some bragging rights within the state of Florida.
Ahead of this monster game, the Hurricanes have released this official hype video to get everyone within the Miami fan base fired up for what’s to come.
This game is important for Miami for a variety of reasons.
First of all, they’re coming off their first loss of the season last weekend to Cincinnati. The Hurricanes went into Nippert Stadium last Thursday night and, well, things did not end the way they wanted them to. They suffered that first loss of the season and need to rebound mightily here in ACC play.
Then, of course, there is the fact that Miami has not beaten Florida State on the gridiron in quite some time. The last time that Miami beat Florida State on the football field was all the way back in 2009, one year before Jimbo Fisher took the program over. The last time Miami got a win, Bobby Bowden was still at the helm; they have yet to beat a Florida State team that’s led by Jimbo Fisher.
But, Saturday night with that first win since 2009, they can somewhat rectify all that has gone wrong as of late if they can hand Florida State their first loss of the year.
