Dallas Cowboys fans to “Pink Out” AT&T Stadium against the New England Patriots.
It is October, and that means Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which also means that pink sneaks into the NFL on uniforms and stadiums. The Dallas Cowboys are taking it a step further by hosting a “Pink Out” at AT&T Stadium on Sunday against the New England Patriots.
They’ve put out pink shirts on every chair in the stadium, which normally is a sea of Cowboys’ blue seats. The stadium looks pink ahead of the fans filing in.

Professional and college sports teams hold single color wash outs in the stands all the times. For instance, the Miami Heats fans often white out the American Airlines Arena.
But I don’t think anyone has ever attempted to “Pink Out” before.
The Dallas Cowboys have also struggled with opposing fan bases in year’s past, given the struggles the Cowboys are having after losing quarterback Tony Romo and wide receiver Dez Bryant to injury, perhaps they’re expecting a lot of Patriots fans.
The “Pink Out” could be an attempt to silence all those fans or conceal the discrepancy between home and away fans by just dressing everyone in pink.
[UPDATE:] Cowboys are handing out pink rally towels, not shirts.
Thanks to @reliantenergy pink rally towels are waiting on every seat! #Cowboys4Komen pic.twitter.com/geApTTlArx
