Larry Donnell literally just blew everyone’s minds with this touchdown catch against the 49ers on Sunday night
There are some catches that you look at and say are amazing, and then there are some that you cannot believe just happened. Well, on Sunday night against the 49ers, New York Giants tight end Larry Donnell made a catch that will absolutely have you scratching your head.
Oh, and it was also one of the best touchdown catches that we’ve ever seen.
With under a minute to play the Giants were driving the field trying to take the lead on the 49ers. They got some position help on the field with a pass interference call, and that’s where they struck. Well, where Donnell struck, actually.
Eli Manning dropped back and he fired the ball over the middle to Donnell, who made this catch that you just have to see.
How he caught that ball, no one will probably ever know, but he did. That was just a tremendous amount of concentration on that, as well as skill. Just an amazing way for the Giants to answer.
