Nick Foles forgot that he plays for a new team and threw a Philly pick six against the Packers.

When the St. Louis Rams acquired Nick Foles in the offseason, we all though that it might be the thing that finally turns the team from being a fringe contender into an actually exciting team.

Boy, were we wrong.

The Rams are so bad that they’re making the Packers suspect defense — which is all about the blitz and not much else — look like the best defense in the league on Sunday. Already the Rams have allowed Foles to get tossed around like a rag doll and he followed that treatment up by gifting Dom Capers defense with an easy pick six.

St. Louis is just horrendous this year, mainly because they’re living down expectations so spectacularly that it’s embarrassing to watch. The team is already halfway out the door to Los Angeles anyways, and that’s very apparent with how gross they’ve played this year.

We always see this with teams that are about to relocate, as they pack it in early and get wide eyed about their new home and the future. That’s what St. Louis is dealing with right now — well, for the short amount of time they’re still known as St. Louis.
