Steph Curry just wants to sit in the armchair

Steph Curry has had many accomplishments in his relatively short career. He struck fear into opponents in his college days at Davidson with his shooting, became the face of the Golden State Warriors franchise, has broken the record for most 3-pointers in a single season multiple times, and is now an NBA Champion with an MVP award. Unfortunately for him that’s just not good enough to get the armchair seat from his dad.

As a son, and an older brother, I undertstand Steph Curry’s pain. All Steph wanted to do was sit in the nice armchair seat. It’s what every older brother dreams of. The day their dad will finally let them sit in the armchair instead of sharing the couch with their younger brother. Look at the face Seth gives Steph when he sees what his brother is trying to do.

Seth Curry oh no you didn't
Seth Curry oh no you didn't

That is the grin that every older sibling knows. When your younger brother gives you that look he’s saying “You know this isn’t gonna work” but hey maybe he should try shutting up cause he’s the younger brother. What does he know?

Dell Curry walks in, sees Steph in his chair, and makes sure he gets out of it. Cause Dell does not care how many MVP’s you’ve won. This is his damn house, and he’s gonna sit in whatever chair he so pleases. Oh and Seth is gonna be an annoying little brother and make Steph sit at the far end of the couch cause little brothers are annoying.

Yeah, Dad always gets what he wants.
