Tyrod Taylor may play on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor was revealed to have suffered an MCL sprain in the fourth quarter of the Bills’ win over the Tennessee Titans. As a result, it was reported by CBS Sports that he would be expected to miss multiple weeks.
However, Bills head coach Rex Ryan does not seem worried about Taylor and even offered hope that his quarterback would be able to tough it out for Week 6 against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bills tweeted out Ryan’s comments that offered hope of Taylor not missing any time.

Ryan also went on to comment on Taylor’s condition while complimenting him.
“He’s got heart, he’s got toughness and he’s got a lot of ability,” Ryan said, according to WIVB.
Taylor has proven a diamond in the rough for the Bills after they spent nearly the whole preseason deciding who would be their new starting quarterback. The former undrafted free agent has completed 70.1 percent of his passes while throwing nine touchdowns against four interceptions. Taylor has also added 187 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.
The Bills will face an undefeated Bengals squad on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium. Backup quarterback EJ Manuel offers rushing ability, but it remains to be seen whether he can replicate Taylor’s production if he is thrust into action.
