The National Football League is a crazy place. There are all these preseason predictions that have awful teams as sleepers and consistent contenders as Super Bowl locks.

Then, the regular seasons happens. Those awful teams? They are still awful. The contenders? They are rolling toward home-field advantage. And then there are the teams that nobody can ever seem to figure out. The Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs are perfect examples. Both were picked by some to be real players in the AFC for the first time in years, only for both to be with a win each. Miami already got its coach fired, and Kansas City is not far away from doing the same.

This week, there are some very interesting games. The headliner is on Sunday Night Football, with the New England Patriots visiting the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium. Of course, it was Indianapolis that blew the proverbial whistle on DeflateGate, causing New England all sorts of issues. Now, the Patriots have a chance to enjoy revenge on a national scale. This projects to be one of the more captivating games in a long time.

Without further adieu, here are the Week 6 NFL picks, straight up:

There was a ton of agreement this week, although you can see Jonathan Bass is drinking the Koolaid and picking the Bears to top the Lions. Meanwhile, Jack Jorgensen has gone rogue and is taking the Chiefs to somehow beat the Vikings on the road.

Enjoy the week!
