Giants’ Brandon Meriweather just obliterates Jordan Matthews (Video)

There are just some people that you should not leave yourself open to and Brandon Meriweather is one of those people
Going over the middle in the NFL is one of the scariest things you can do as a wide receiver. Then, there are times where it’s extra scary because there’s a known assassin roaming the secondary for the defense. Brandon Meriweather of the New York Giants is one of these assassins and Jordan Matthews of the Eagles found this out the unfortunate way.
In the second quarter Monday night between the Giants and Eagles, Matthews went over the middle for a ball that he probably assumed that he was going to catch.
Well, yeah, he would have brought the ball in, had it not been for Meriweather trying to end his existence on this earth.
Not the first time, at the college or pro level, that we’ve seen Meriweather hit someone with bad intentions and it most certainly will not be the last. One thing we do know is that these hits will never get old and they are definitely a staple of Meriweather’s game.
Feel better soon, Jordan Matthews.
