Jose Bautista met his biggest fan before the Toronto Blue Jays played Game 4 against the Kansas City Royals at home.


As the leader of the Toronto Blue Jays with his strong play and emotional effort on the field, Jose Bautista is one of the most beloved Blue Jays to ever suit up for the team. With such a strong following, comes fans wanting to imitate their favorite slugger.

The most well known is a young fan that is known as “Mini Jose Bautista” for his mimicking of Bautista’s swings during at-bats, wearing a Bautista jersey and even a painted on beard to match the epic facial hair that Bautista has.

The young fan has taken Toronto by storm for his incredible fandom, and before Game 4, Bautista went and met with the young fan to get some good vibes.

Every youngster has a favorite player growing up that they look up to and getting to have their favorite player come visit them is even more special. Bautista is one of the great guys in baseball because of his ability to interact with fans, so it was nor surprise he had to meet the mini version of himself.

It’s hard to not root for a guy like that.
