Marshawn Lynch and Starbucks have teamed up to create a “Beast Mode” Frappuccino.
Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch doesn’t like talking to the media, and its unfortunate because he seems like a really entertaining person in his own way. While he won’t say anything at a Super Bowl media day podium, he has given a window into who he is as a person with other media ventures, like the gaming segment on Conoan O’Brien with Rob Gronkowski.
Lynch, who uses velvet ropes to protect his white Lamborghini, is back at it doing something that is pretty cool with Starbucks. The coffee company and Pro Bowl running back teamed up to create a Beast Mode Frappuccino.
According to Bleacher Report, the “Beast Mode” beverage is a double-mocha Frappuccino with mint, cream and protein powder—topped with whipped cream, purple berry drizzle and matcha.
Starbucks will also reportedly donate up to $100,000 to Lynch’s foundation based on a portion of the sales ontop of an initial $24,000 donation, a nod to his number.
Unfortunately for Seahawks fans the drink is only available for a limited time and only in Washington and Oakland, Lynch’s home town.
Was deciding to go up against the Pumpkin Spice Latte the best idea though? They should’ve planned around the sacred PSL.
