With the Chicago Cubs now in a 3-0 deficit against the New York Mets, the reactions of the fans weren’t as enthusiastic as they were at the beginning.
Trying to end the 100-year plus curse of going without a World Series, the Chicago Cubs are suddenly in a deficit that is almost impossible to come out of. Tuesday night, the New York Mets took Game 3 at Wrigley Field to put the Cubs in the dreaded 3-0 deficit.
Cubs fans, who have been great all season and to the very end of the game, could do nothing but watch as their team valiantly fought but ultimately ended up on the brink of elimination.
Their reactions tell the whole story of Game 3.

Now to break the long curse, the Cubs have to come down from a 3-0 deficit against a red hot New York team. It sounds familiar doesn’t it? Fortunately for the Cubs, it’s been done before, but it’s not going to be easy with the pitching the Mets have put on display to go along with their timely hitting.
The story of the 2015 Cubs has been the best in baseball this season and it appears that the party that is 2015 might soon be over in Chicago.
