The New England Patriots were supposed to be without Tom Brady for the first four games of the 2015 regular season following the DeflateGate disaster.

Then, a federal court overturned the appeal, and Brady has been sticking it to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and every other critic. Brady has already thrown for 1,699 yards and 15 touchdowns against only one interception. He has also played in just five games, with New England having a Week 3 BYE. Considering what we know about Brady, his production is not going to be tailing off anytime soon.

Brady has won two NFL MVP awards, with the most recent coming in 2010. If Brady sustains this level of play, and the Patriots roll to another AFC East title (at 5-0, chances are good), Brady has to be the overwhelming favorite. There has to be nothing more worrisome to the folks at 80 Park Avenue in New York City than Brady and the Patriots rolling toward another Super Bowl appearance.
