With the success the Michigan Wolverines are having in 2015, ex-head coach Brady Hoke believes it validates his time with the program.

Despite the tough loss on Saturday, the Michigan Wolverines are having a resurgent season and look well on their way to becoming one of the top powers in college football yet again under Jim Harbaugh. Harbaugh has taken college football by storm yet again, and has showed really just how good of a coach that he is.

Thanks to the success of the Wolverines, the man that used to be in charge, Brady Hoke, thinks that the success the Wolverines are having this season –and are primed to have in the future– validates the time that he spent with the Wolverines.

In an interview with Campus Rush about what he learned at Michigan, he talked about growing and maturing as a coach and how he put a program in place for Harbaugh.

"I think in ways that you grow and you mature as a coach. Believe me, I thought we did a nice job of putting a program in place. With the success that Michigan is having right now, it reassures you we had a plan. That validates you. Jimmy (Harbaugh) is a good coach. His staff is doing a good job. I think we did a nice job."

Those are some interesting comments from the former Michigan coach. While it’s hard to say if he would have had the same success in 2015 that Harbaugh is currently having with his players this year, Hoke did bring many of those players in and was playing with a very young roster in 2014.

His final season may have left a bad taste in his mouth and for the fans, but he did recruit some talent in his short tenure as the Wolverines coach. It might not be enough to land him a high-profile job if he decides to leave radio for coaching, but it won’t be surprising to see him coaching on Saturdays again.

The 2014 Michigan Wolverines season ended tumultuously and Brady Hoke was fired as a result of it. Now the 2015 season might be putting some shine back on the ex-Wolverines head coach, and he thinks he is validated for the success of this team.
