Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is one of the most talented players in the National Football League. On Sunday afternoon against the Detroit Lions, Peterson showed why with one of the crazier moves of the day.

Peterson looked like he was going to be brought down by a hoard of Lions defenders, but instead threw this sick-nasty move on fools, leaving them to wonder why they decided to play the sport of football in the first place.

Peterson is outrageously talented. He almost missed the game because he swallowed dip on the way out to Detroit on the team flight. Peterson ended up throwing up after the flight and was listed as questionable, but eventually felt good enough to play in the contest. Through the early stages of the second quarter, Peterson has carried the ball seven times for 12 yards, and the Lions are beating the Vikings, 14-3.

Minnesota is 3-2 and trying to make the playoffs for the first time since Peterson’s 2,000-yard campaign. Of course, Peterson had the misfortune of having Christian Ponder and Joe Webb at the helm. Because of this, the Vikings were barely able to make the playoffs and got bounced immediately by the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card round.
