The Cleveland Browns were overwhelmed by the St. Louis Rams
The St. Louis Rams got a much needed win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. The scoring started with a fumble return for a touchdown and the Rams never let off the gas.
The Browns offense sputtered and could only manage a couple of field goals.
The star of the day is Rams running back Todd Gurley, who rushed for 128 yards and had two second half touchdowns.
Three stars
- Todd Gurley, RB, Rams – Gurley had himself a career day, hurdling defenders, rushing for 128 yards and two touchdowns.
- Gary Barnidge, TE, Browns – Barnidge continues to lead the Browns offense. He caught six of seven passes for 101 yards.
- Duke Johnson, RB, Browns – Rushed six times for a pedestrian 17 yards, but caught seven of seven passes for 73 yards.
