NFL Mock Draft 2016 – Week 7 edition

Looking at the latest NFL Mock Draft following Week 7 of play in the National Football League.

After seven weeks of play in the NFL, some teams’ needs are plainly apparent. The Detroit Lions need a pass rush. The Indianapolis Colts need an offensive line reboot. And the Eagles desperately need help on the offensive line.

As for the college side of things, well, there is talent abound. As stacked as last year’s NFL Draft was, this year’s crop is even richer. Seemingly every position is at least two-deep with top-flight NFL talent.

Top teams in need of help on the defensive line will be forced to choose between Joey Bosa and Robert Nkemdiche. Those needing secondary bolstering will make a decision between Jalen Ramsey and Vernon Hargreaves III. And then there’s both Ronnie Stanley and Laremy Tunsil waiting to anchor a franchise’s offensive line for the next decade.

One note to consider when reading FanSided’s mock drafts is that no trades are taken into account. At this moment – only seven weeks in – sorting out order is enough of a pill. Deciding who will trade, is an exercise in futility. With that said, click the beautiful blue button below to begin this Week 7 edition of the FanSided NFL Mock Draft. Detroit Lions, you’re on the clock.
