Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman La’el Collins is basically a one-man wrecking crew against the Seahawks on Sunday
Whenever you’re making your way through an NFL Sunday looking for highlights, chances are that you’re not looking for something featuring an offensive lineman. You want to see an amazing catch, a long run, a defensive back decleating someone, but generally not an offensive lineman doing his work.
Yeah, well, Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman La’el Collins is showing you on Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks that he is the exception to that rule.
In the first half of the game on Sunday in Seattle, there was one play in which Collins pulled and went to block down the field, and as he was doing so, he magically transformed into a human bulldozer.
That second hit that he delivered literally lifted that poor soul right off his feet. Now, young folks that happen to play on the offensive line, this is what your coach means when he says play to the whistle. And from the way that Collins was hustling on the play, this is also what your coach means by going all out on each and every play.
Seriously, sometimes we can see offensive linemen get a little lazy at times, but Collins was anything but lazy here. DO WORK, BIG MAN!
