Dez Bryant got a little hot headed when Ricardo Lockette got injured, but he’s trying to let us all know he wasn’t being insensitive.

When Seattle Seahawks receiver Ricardo Lockette went down with a scary injury on Sunday afternoon in Dallas, there was a moment in the chaos that is sort of overshadowing the incident in question. Cowboys reekier Dez Bryant was seen talking trash during while Lockette was on the ground motionless, and this wasn’t something that was lost on fans.

Here’s the video of Bryant:

That looks bad, and has been taking in just about every context that you can think of. But Bryant wants to set the record straight that he wasn’t yelling at Lockette and wasn’t trying to be insensitive.

Bryant tweeted after the game that he didn’t yell at Seahawks players during the Ricardo Lockett injury, rather he was praying on one knee for the Seahawks receiver.

Don’t take this as an apology, as Bryant has nothing to apologize for in his opinion. He wasn’t yelling at Lockette, he wasn’t telling the Seahawks that this is what they get, instead he was on his knee praying — despite whether or not the camera may want to suggest otherwise.
