Basketball is an emotional game, and no matter what the level of competition, that’s going to lead to some trash talk. A lot of the time it’s good natured, or at the least not personal in any way. Sometimes, though, players can cross the line. Like we all know, it’s an emotional game, and once in a while emotions get the best of us. That’s just life.
And it looks like we’ll need to be on the lookout for that when the Orlando Magic and New Orleans Pelicans square off later tonight. You see, that brings us a matchup of Jason Smith and Ryan Anderson, and as we learned earlier today, anything goes on the court when these two get together.
Anderson gave us just a glimpse of some of the brutal trash talk he sends Smith’s way when they hit the court.

Yeah right. There’s no way these two are really friends when those kind of insults are being slung around. The refs are going to need to have a quick whistle tonight, or things could get out of hand.
