The Mix in My Mind series was started by our powerful and benevolent overlord, Ian Levy back at his now defunct site, Hickory High. It’s a simple concept, featuring highlights of a player set to music that encapsulates them.
I’ve tried my hand at a few in the past, running them over at our old sister site, The Podium Game. (RIP) Now, it’s time to debut The Mix in My Mind at The Friendly Bounce.
This video features Kobe Bryant and a Bruce Springsteen song called, “The Wrestler.” It’s an idea I’ve had in my head ever since I heard the song a few weeks ago, and Ian’s Dirk Nowitzki mix (linked below) that he dropped yesterday gave me the inspiration to get this one done.
