Aaron Rodgers really is one of the best when it comes to making magic happen in the pocket and he did it again on Sunday
There are a lot of praises you can sing when it comes to Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but one of them is unquestionably the way that he can keep a play alive with his feet and get a play off. Sunday against one of the best teams in the NFL in the Carolina Panthers, he was at it again and it was just glorious.
With the Panthers up 3-0 in the first quarter of this one, Rodgers led the Packers on an 11-play, 65-yard drive that he capped off with this amazing play that resulted in a Richard Rodgers touchdown.
Really, once this man gets himself out of the pocket you’re basically doomed. He just goes to a whole other level when he’s able to take off with the ball, and if the receiver is the slightest bit open then he’s more than likely going to get the ball into his possession.
So far in this one, the Panthers have been having a pretty tough time keeping up with Rodgers in the pocket, which could be a problem the entire day.
