Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller punches in a one-yard score as Miami is trying to come from behind to beat the Buffalo Bills.

The Miami Dolphins have looked like a different team since Dan Campbell took over as head coach and perhaps no player has seen a bigger improvement under the throw back coach than running back Lamar Miller.

The fourth-year pro has continued his great streak today by scoring his second touchdown of the night on a one-yard plunge into the end zone. The run up the middle ended a nine-play drive that covered eighty yards for the Dolphins. It was a fitting end to the drive as Miller did a lot of the heavy lifting to move the ball downfield for Miami. He was on the receiving end of back-to-back receptions good for 21 and 27 yards respectively.

Miller had a 113 yard rushing performance and a touchdown in the first game after Campbell replaced the fired coach Joe Philbin and followed it up with a 175 rushing yardage day which included another 61 yards receiving with one touchdown on the ground and through the air.

He had a rough outing against New England but still scored a touchdown and after his second one yard score against Buffalo he now has six touchdowns total since the change at coach when he had zero before then. Miller has gone for just 21 yards on the ground but so far has 97 yards receiving.
