Jordan Matthews came up with his biggest play of the season and made it count by scoring a walk-off touchdown.

The Philadelphia Eagles came away with a hard-fought Sunday night win over the Dallas Cowboys, as wide receiver Jordan Matthews came up with a 41-yard touchdown catch in overtime. Matthews juked out Cowboys safety J.J. Wilcox in the process, and he sped into the end zone to deal the Cowboys their sixth consecutive loss. This also marks the Cowboys’ second overtime loss of the season, and both of them have come on Sunday Night Football. Here is a video of Matthews scoring this incredible game-winning touchdown.

The Cowboys forced the game into overtime after kicker Dan Bailey barely made a 44-yard field goal that hit the post before falling through the uprights. The Eagles gained the advantage in overtime though, as they won the coin toss and earned the first possession. The Cowboys were close to getting a chance to score since Eagles running back Ryan Mathews appeared to fumble the ball, but the officials ruled that Mathews was down first.

Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford capitalized on this and threw his only touchdown pass of the game when it counted. This was not too bad of a 28th birthday present for Bradford. Despite his lack of scores in regulation, Bradford did well at not turning the ball over as he threw no interceptions. Mathews and fellow running back DeMarco Murray both had solid games as they each rushed for a touchdown while combining with Darren Sproles for 172 rushing yards.
