As he usually does, Blake Griffin made the opposing team look silly.

It’s an afternoon matinee between the Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Clippers, but Blake Griffin is putting on a show at the Staples Center.

As Blake Griffin usually does, he was doing Blake Griffin things as he was going around and making the Pistons’ defense look absolutely silly on the floor.

Just when it looked like Marcus Morris had Griffin swarmed, he lost the handle on the ball but regained possession and used some quick feet to get out of the way of Anthony Tolliver, who came in to help on the defense.

Well, it was a poor decision by Tolliver, who hit the deck as Griffin went right around both of them to go straight to the hoop for two points.

It’s like watching a man among boys every time Griffin grabs the ball. He was toying with Morris and then sucked in Tolliver, who went crashing to the floor.

Detroit now can do nothing but shake their heads as Griffin made their defense, which has been good this season, look like a top-rate circus act.

The good news for Detroit is that he does that on the daily to teams.
