Much like Oregon did against Arizona State a few weeks ago, the Washington Huskies have brought curtains to prevent Arizona State from stealing signs.
The Oregon Ducks have started a pandemic in the Pac-12.
A few weeks ago, the Ducks made headlines when they brought curtains to their game against Arizona State, after rumors persisted of the Sun Devils stealing signs. Arizona State head coach Todd Graham didn’t hide from the situation, and said that they do just as much as any other team does during the game.
While it wasn’t a good look for the Pac-12, thanks to Oregon going overboard with their antics, it appears that they are not the only team worried about the State Sun Devils stealing signs.
In Saturday afternoon’s game against the Sun Devils in Tempe, the Washington Huskies busted out their own giant purple curtains for when they were giving signals on offense.

Well if the Pac-12 wasn’t happy with the way Oregon handled the situation with the curtains, they certainly aren’t going to be happy with Washington busting out the giant shield to protect their signs.
There’s nothing wrong with gamesmanship and protecting signs, but to bust out a giant barrier, that seems a little excessive. Fortunately for Washington, they had no trouble on offense against the Sun Devils.
