NBA FanDuel Picks For November 16
We here at Fantasy CPR will work very hard and do everything that we can to bring you articles to prepare you and help you be successful with your bids and games at FanDuel and DraftKings just as we have with MLB and NBA. I always recommend that you do plenty of homework on your own as well as reading our articles. You will also want to make sure that you have access to your FanDuel lineup prior to kickoff in case a player is a last-minute inactive players.
There should be plenty of bargains and great plays in this weeks set of games and we will try to help you to be as good as you can and take home plenty of cash.
Here are my FanDuel picks for November 16:
Next: Point Guards
Sep 25, 2015; Waltham, MA, USA; Boston Celtics guard Marcus Smart (36) during media day at the Boston Celtic Practice Facility. Mandatory Credit: David Butler II-USA TODAY Sports
Point Guards:
PG – Marcus Smart – Smart is coming off of a great game against the Thunder. He scored over 40 fantasy points and will look to keep that up in a great match-up against the Rockets. The Celtics are playing pretty good basketball and i like the way Brad Stevens has them playing.

- Chiefs gamble at wide receiver could already be biting them back
- Braves-Red Sox start time: Braves rain delay in Boston on July 25
- Yankees: Aaron Boone gives optimistic return date for Aaron Judge
- MLB Rumors: Yankees-Phillies trade showdown, Mariners swoop, India goes to Seattle
PG – Isaiah Thomas – We are going to roll with two Celtics guards here and yes it is a little bit dangerous, but I think it is worth the risk. Thomas has always been a favorite player of mine and I expect him to be a pretty worthy play among almost all fantasy formats throughout the year.
Next: Shooting Guards
Nov 3, 2015; Charlotte, NC, USA; Chicago Bulls guard forward Jimmy Butler (21) during the first half of the game against the Charlotte Hornets at Time Warner Cable Arena. Mandatory Credit: Sam Sharpe-USA TODAY Sports
Shooting Guards:
SG – C.J. McCollum – McCollum has been a very pleasant surprise for fantasy owners this season. He has always shown flashes of talent and now that he has the opportunity for minutes he is making the best of it and is cashing in by delivering stats in abundance. He still has a relatively cheap price tag for the kind of points that he delivers and I will cash in while I still can.
SG – Jimmy Butler – Butler is coming off of a 40 plus point fantasy night for the Bulls. Tonight he has a solid match-up against the against the Pacers and I am looking for another very nice night for Butler. Get him active in your lineups tonight.
Next: Small Forwards
Nov 9, 2015; Philadelphia, PA, USA; Chicago Bulls forward Nikola Mirotic (44) dribbles between Philadelphia 76ers guard T.J. McConnell (12) and guard Nik Stauskas (11) during the second half at Wells Fargo Center. The Bulls won 111-88. Mandatory Credit: Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports
Small Forwards:
SF – Paul George – George has truly been remarkable this season. I am excited about getting him in my line-ups tonight as he likes to show out against the Bulls. He will likely have a tough time and be defended by Jimmy Butler, but I like his chances of rising to the occasion and having a great night.
SF – Nikola Mirotic – Mirotic has been a little streaky the past few games, but I think that the Bulls will need his offense in a match-up tonight with the Pacers. I was not overly excited about any of the other SF options for tonight, but I believe that Mirotic is a good one and should give us great production at this price point.
Next: Power Forwards and Center
Oct 28, 2015; Houston, TX, USA;Houston Rockets forward Terrence Jones (6) pushes off against Denver Nuggets forward Kenneth Faried (35) in the first quarter on opening night against the Denver Nuggets at Toyota Center. Mandatory Credit: Thomas B. Shea-USA TODAY Sports
Power Forwards:
PF – Terrence Jones – Jones has been on a tear as of late. His last two games have seen him score over 37 fantasy points and he really seems to be recovered and ready to roll. Jones should be a great option for us tonight and I like him across most if not all formats.
PF – Dwight Powell – Powell has a great price tag and has been delivering the mail for fantasy owners lately. He also comes to us a at a great price and will be a great option for fantasy players. Powell has been around 30 fantasy points for is last two games and for five of his last seven.
C – Marc Gasol – Gasol has two 40 plus points fantasy games in his past three and is playing just was we expect him to. I like using him here in the hopes that not many others will employ his services. Get Gasol active across all formats tonight and expect big things from him.
