Sheeeeeeeeessssssshhhhhhhhhh.

Watching that live was so insane. People talk about moments getting you up out of your seat, but I literally did jump up when DeRozan threw that down. It happened so fast, there was no buildup like there would be on a fastbreak. One second he was driving to the basket in the halfcourt, and the next second he was ending Rudy Gobert’s career.

The Rockets were a few seconds away from being humbled at home by the Blazers, until James Harden luckily found Corey Brewer, who then tossed in a 30-foot three off one leg to send the game to overtime. From there, Harden closed things out as the Rockets got a much needed win.

Look, when you challenge a defender at the rim, sometimes you’re going to be sent away. Not every attack can end like DeMar DeRozan’s. Isn’t that right, Shabazz? Sorry, no soup for you.
