Blake Bortles briefly had to go to the locker room on Thursday against the Titans

The Jacksonville Jaguars were in an AFC South battle with the Tennessee Titans on Thursday Night Football in Week 11 with aspirations of possibly moving to 4-6 on the season and staying very alive in terms of winning the division. However, trailing by four points late in the third quarter, it looked like things might be looking down for the Jags.

Jacksonville quarterback Blake Bortles trotted off the field at the end of the third quarter and headed back to the locker room while backup Chad Henne started warming up:

There was no word on what sent Bortles to the locker room, but Jaguars fans assumed injury to the quarterback. Considering his signs of progress in recent weeks, that was certainly a disconcerting notion. However, Jags fans were able to breathe a little easier when Bortles soon returned from the locker room at the start of the fourth quarter:

Apparently, the Jacksonville quarterback is having troubles with dehydration on Thursday night and had to go to the locker room to deal with that. Considering how vital he is to any success the Jaguars can have, that’s good news for fans to see that it’s something minor and that he’ll be back on the field.
