Here are Don Banks of Sports Illustrated’s picks for Week 11 of the NFL season.
Sports Illustrated‘s Don Banks and Score Big team up every week to bring you a full slate of predictions and picks for the NFL season.
Banks has established himself with a pretty solid 92–54 record this season, despite a rough 4-10 showing in Week 10.
Let’s see if Banks can get back to his winning ways in Week 11.
The Falcons have been struggling after a hot start, but the Colts could be the game where they turn things around according to Banks.
The Ravens have struggled this year, but Banks is picking them over an inconsistent Rams team.
The Panthers are rolling through the NFC, and the Redskins upsetting them would be as shocking and unexpected as the Texans knocking off Cincinnati.
Jay Cutler seems to be getting into the rhythm with his new team and new offensive coordinator, an interesting pick to upset the Broncos and a tough defense.
The Lions are riding high off a win over the Packers at Lambeau Field, maybe they can maintain the momentum.
The Texans just upset the previously undefeated Bengals, why not a Jets team that has been playing well?
The Dallas Cowboys are returning Tony Romo, but it doesn’t look like it will be enough to get the Cowboys their first win since the second week of the season. With how physical Miami has been under Dan Campbell, you have to be worried about Romo’s health and if he is being rushed back too soon.
Not even Mark Sanchez playing is enough to deter Banks from picking them over the Buccaneers and Jameis Winston.
The Chiefs have looked resurgent. Beating their divisional rivals seems like a manageable task for this Kansas City team.
The Packers are on a three-game skid after losing to the Lions at Lambeau Field for the first time since the early 90s. Can’t imagine them losing four in a row, but the Vikings are good this season.
The Seahawks picking up the win against the struggling 49ers starting Blaine Gabbert, seems like a no-brainer.
The Cardinals winning an offensive shootout with the Bengals is how Banks sees Sunday Night Football going. This would mark a two-game skid for the Bengals, who are coming off their first loss of the season to the Houston Texans.
