Cincinnati Bengals vs. Arizona Cardinals
The Cincinnati Bengals began the season 8-0 before losing in upset fashion a week ago against the struggling Houston Texans. You can’t hate on one loss through nine games, but people are trying to find a way to blame Andy Dalton for the loss. Sure, he didn’t have his best game as a Bengal, but he’s had a great season to this point.
Cincinnati will have another tough test as they will be traveling out west to face the Arizona Cardinals and try to pull off a big-time win at University of Phoenix Stadium. The Bengals have yet to lose a road game this season, but the Cardinals present a daunting test as they’re 3-1 at home.
Carson Palmer is having his best season in recent memory, playing like he did about eight years ago when he had his best season as a member of the Bengals. He’s on pace to break all of his career highs, throwing for 2,749 yards, 23 touchdowns and just seven picks coming off a season-ending injury a year ago.
Both of these teams will likely be locks to make the playoffs, but the winner of this one will definitely be on a high of highs while the loser will be left looking for answers.
