The long wait for Cowboys fans is over, as they finally got to see Tony Romo and Dez Bryant connect for a touchdown in the 2015 season.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has finally gotten to experience the return of quarterback Tony Romo for himself. Romo and Bryant connected for a touchdown pass for the first time since the quarterback’s return from a collarbone injury, and it also marks the first time that this has been done this season. Here is a video of Bryant snagging a short pass from Romo with his Spider-Man hands.

Bryant has four catches for 45 yards and a touchdown as of the Cowboys’ last scoring drive. His touchdown catch is sure to spark chemistry between himself and Romo again, which they have shown since his breakout season in 2012. The Cowboys defense has also performed solidly against the Dolphins, as they held them to 14 points as of the end of the third quarter.

The Cowboys offense has not been able to maintain the sort of production they demonstrated last season, as Romo and Bryant both sat out for an extended period of time with injuries. They have also had to establish a new identity in their running game since the departure of DeMarco Murray. Darren McFadden has distanced himself as the feature back since the release of Joseph Randle though. It remains to be seen whether the Cowboys can hold on for the win and keep their minuscule NFC East title chances afloat.
