Tony Romo threw one of the ugliest interceptions ever witnessed.
The Dallas Cowboys finally have quarterback Tony Romo back after a seven-game absence, which saw them go without a win. Unfortunately, Romo has not been able to get a ton going throughout the first quarter at Sun Life Stadium against the Miami Dolphins, and capped it off with a brutal interception.

Romo was clearly trying to get rid of the ball in the face of the blitz, and heaved the ball up hoping for a touchdown. Instead, it was basically a fair catch in the end zone for Brent Grimes, who signed a contract extension in the offseason. Romo has completed 5-of-10 for 55 yards and an interception.
At 2-7, the Cowboys can ill afford Romo having a period of adjustment. Dallas desperately needs to win out and get some help to win the NFC East. Romo broke his clavicle in Week 2 and was placed on injured reserve with a designation to return. In his absence, it was Matt Cassel and Brandon Weeden trying to get the job done, something neither came close to doing.
