The Seahawks, Packers, Colts, and Broncos turned things around and picked up bounce-back wins this week. The Cowboys snapped their seven-game losing streak as well as they welcomed back Tony Romo. The Panthers routed Washington to stay undefeated at 10-0, and the Chiefs won their fourth in a row as they beat the Chargers in San Diego 33-3. In the Sunday Night Football game, the Cardinals got a win in a very entertaining game which included some controversy at the end as well as nice passing numbers for both QB’s.
Fantasy football week 11 was a costly one for fantasy owners as Justin Forsett, Alfred Morris, Devonta Freeman, Charcandrick West, Mike Evans, and Zach Ertz all missed part of their games. Joe Flacco finished the game, but he tore his ACL which will force him to miss the rest of the season. The Ravens have been injury central, but there have been lots of injuries across the league with have impacted almost everyone’s fantasy team.
If you’re looking for a sleeper to fill in for some of your injured players of just trying to catch up on all the fantasy week 11 action, check out my full recap on the following slides. Each week I put together a fantasy recap of the week breaking down some of the biggest studs, some of the biggest duds, and the biggest sleepers at each of the main fantasy football positions–quarterback, running back, wide receiver, and tight end.
Before we get to the position-by-position breakdown, here are some quick reminders of what you can expect to find in each category. “Studs” are players who came into the week with high expectations and came through for their fantasy owners. On the other hand, the “duds” are players who were expected to perform this week but failed to deliver due to injury or just overall ineffectiveness. Finally at each position, I’ve listed “sleepers” who are some of the players who weren’t expected to make big fantasy contributions but who had solid fantasy football week 10’s and may have some sleeper value for your fantasy team moving forward.
As we head into the upcoming NFL week 12, make sure to check back tomorrow morning for my top 10 waiver wire pickups.
