Tony Romo throws pick-six vs. Panthers (Video)
On the very first drive of the game, Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo threw a pick-six to the Panthers‘ Kurt Coleman.
The Dallas Cowboys‘ start to Thanksgiving has gotten off to a terrible start against the undefeated Carolina Panthers. With the Cowboys looking to put points on the board and get their fans fired up during the annual holiday classic, Tony Romo threw a pass right to Carolina.
Disguising their coverage, the Panthers were able to lure Romo into throwing a pass right into the arms of safety Kurt Coleman. After Coleman made the interception, he made some remarkable moves to score the football.
Just look at the way that Romo eyes his tight end Jason Witten the whole way. That’s just tremendous coverage by the Panthers and Kurt Coleman to get Romo to throw that pass.
It hasn’t been a good day for the NFC East to start Thanksgiving, and thus far the bad day is continuing as the Cowboys and Tony Romo gave up a pick-six in less than a minute.
The Carolina Panthers are trying to keep their perfect record intact on the road at Dallas. Thus far, the Panthers are off to having a very good Thanksgiving defensively.
