Last week I only placed with one of my lineups. It was a tough week if you played Baker Mayfield or Jarrett Stidham, despite the wins for both of their teams. You never know when injuries are going to blow up your lineups. There isnāt much that you can do about that.

Here are my FanDuel College Football Picks forĀ early November 27:
Next: Who Will Put Up Big Numbers At QB?
Nov 22, 2014; Clemson, SC, USA; Georgia State Panthers quarterback Nick Arbuckle (4) passes the ball during the second quarter against the Clemson Tigers at Clemson Memorial Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Joshua S. Kelly-USA TODAY Sports
Quarterback:
Best Bets:
Nick Arbuckle, Georgia State ($8,400): Troy hasnāt played well on either side of the ball, but statistically their pass defense is sound. Appalachian State is the only team that has been able to hold Arbuckle under 18 fantasy points. I seriously doubt that Troy will be able to accomplish that either, which makes Arbuckle a sound play.
Zach Terrell, Western Michigan ($8,100): For as successful as Toledo has been this year, their pass defense has been pretty bad. The Rockets are 105th in the nation in pass defense. Terrell has two really good receivers to throw to in Corey Davis and Daniel Braverman. Terrell has five straight 250+ yard passing games. Number six comes on today.
Honorable Mention:
Keenan Reynolds, Navy ($8,400): Houston has a solid defense, but Reynolds has produced solid numbers against everyone because of his ability to run the ball and create plays for himself. He likely wont get you much over 20 points, but he should get you at least 18 points, which is decent value.
Cooper Rush, Central Michigan ($7,700): Rush has thrown for more than 300 yards in five of his last six games. I really donāt see Eastern Michigan getting in the way of his sixth of seven. The knock on Rush is that he doesnāt always record multiple touchdowns. His upside is his high floor.
Dark Horses:
Nathan Peterman, Pittsburgh ($7,300): Peterman continues to be a solid threat as the Pitt quarterback. He has seven touchdown passes in his last two games, and is a strong bet to get at least a couple more against Miami. He could be a nice cheap option today.
Peyton Bender, Washington State ($6,600): The fact that Mike Leach said that he wont announce the starter until 27 seconds before kickoff is a bit unnerving. That said, Luke Falk left the game after taking a blow to the head in each of the last two games. Is it really possible that he doesnāt have a concussion? I suppose itās possible that he could pass the tests, but I wouldnāt bet on it. If you have the chance to wait until kickoff to pick your quarterback, Bender could be the best bargain of the day. He is likely too risky to use in FanDuel though. DraftKings is the place to use him as long as you are quick with the switch.
My pick: Peterman
Next: Who Are The Best RB's?
Oct 24, 2015; Boise, ID, USA; Boise State Broncos running back Jeremy McNichols (13) out runs Wyoming Cowboys linebacker Lucas Wacha (45) to score a touch down during the first half at Albertsons Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Brian Losness-USA TODAY Sports
Running Back:
Best Bets:
Ā Jeremy McNichols, Boise State ($8,900): San Jose State is giving up an average of 208 yards per game on the ground. McNichols has turned in six straight 100 yard games, and has not been held under 19 FanDuel points in any game this year. He has a high floor, and is guaranteed to get you a good start, or a fantastic finish, toĀ your lineup.
Kareem Hunt, Toledo ($8,200): Western Michigan has not been particularly good against the run either. Hunt has taken off with the starting job since he returned to full health. He has averaged 26 FanDuel points per game in November. If you can afford him and McNichols, you could have a very niceĀ Friday.
Honorable Mention:
Alex Collins, Arkansas ($7,200): Missouriās defensive numbers are good across the board, but they had problems with Tennesseeās Jalen Hurd last week. There is a good chance that Collins racks up some points in this one.
Qadree Ollison, Pittsburgh ($6,100): Miami has allowed 212.5 rushing yards per game this season. Ollison has run for 263 yards in the past two games, and this offense is really humming right now. Ollison should be a fantastic value for his price.
Dark Horses:
Brandon Burks,Ā Troy ($5,600): For as bad as Troy has been, Burks has been a bright spot on the team. He has not been under 50 rushing yards, and he has topped 100 in two of the last three games. Against Georgia Stateās 97th ranked rush defense, a third could be on the horizon.
DeAndre Ferby, Western Kentucky ($4,800): Ferby has lost his starting job to Anthony Wales, but Ferby is looking like the goal line back for Western Kentucky. He scored three times on only eight carries last week. He is touchdown-dependent, but he could be the guy that wins you a lot of cash.
My picks: McNichols and Ollison
Next: Can You Afford To Not Play Corey Davis?
Sep 4, 2015; Kalamazoo, MI, USA; Western Michigan Broncos wide receiver Corey Davis (84) makes a catch for a touchdown against Michigan State Spartans cornerback Arjen Colquhoun (36) during the 2nd half of a game at Waldo Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Mike Carter-USA TODAY Sports
Wide Receiver:
Best Bets:
Corey Davis, Western Michigan ($7,700): The Broncos are going to be throwing the ball all over the yard in this one. Davis has five straight games with over 100 yards, and has scored four touchdowns in his last three games. He will be one of the top plays of the day.
Tyler Boyd, Pittsburgh ($7,400): Pitt has used the versatile Boyd in the running game as well this year. That gives him a higher floor than some of the other top options, and as I mentioned before, Pittsburghās offense is in high gear right now. Donāt count on Miami slowing it down much, if at all.
Honorable Mention:
Daniel Braverman, Western Michigan ($7,400): Braverman is a number two receiver that often produces the numbers of a number one. If you cant afford Davis, Braverman is a very suitable plan B. He has outperformed Davis in five of the ten games this year.
Penny Hart, Georgia State ($6,100): Hart has had at least ten FanDuel points in every Sun Belt conference game this season. I would bet he does once again against Troy.
Dark Horses:
Davonte Allen, Marshall ($5,600): Allen is on a tear lately. He has 25 catches for 415 yards and two touchdowns over his last three games. Western Kentucky has struggled defending the pass at times this season, so Allen could be in line for another good game.
Matt VandeBerg, Iowa ($4,600): Nebraskaās outstanding run defense will likely cause the Hawkeyes to go to the air more than usual. Especially considering Nebraskaās pass defense is still in the bottom five. That should mean plenty more chances for VandeBerg, and a chance for him to put up really good numbers for his price.
My picks: Davis, Hart, and VandeBerg
Next: Can You Save Money At TE?
Nov 22, 2014; Fayetteville, AR, USA; Arkansas Razorbacks tight end Hunter Henry (84) runs after a catch in the first half against the Ole Miss Rebels at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Nelson Chenault-USA TODAY Sports
Tight End:
Best Bet:
Hunter Henry, Arkansas ($4,300): Henry has been a consistent fixture in the passing game all season long with injuries decimating the Piggiesā receiving corps at different times of the season. He is still as big a part of the offense as ever, with at least three catches inĀ eight of his lastĀ nine games. He is the most consistent producer around, but you have to pay for it.
Honorable Mention:
Billy Freeman, San Jose State ($3,900): Freeman has at least eight FanDuel points in every game this season except September 12 against Air Force. Henry has more of a ceiling, but Freemanās floor is maybe a little higher.
Dark Horse:
Cethan Carter, Nebraska ($3,100): Last game, Nebraska remembered that they have a tight end. It worked out well for Carter as he found the end zone twice against Rutgers. With Iowaās strong defense shutting down the run game and chasing Tommie Armstrong, Carter could be in for another nice day fantasy wise with all of the checkdown targets that he could see.
My pick: Henry
