Arizona Cardinals vs San Francisco 49ers
Carson Palmer and the Arizona Cardinals have gotten off to a red-hot start to the season, posting an 8-2 record through 10 games. Who would have though Palmer would be on pace for his best season as a pro just a year after suffering a season-ending knee injury? The veteran quarterback is looking like an All-Pro and a guy who could compete for MVP.

It’s not just Palmer that has played well as a veteran as guys such as Chris Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald have looked like the players they were about four or five years ago. Besides the offense being electric, the defense is also formidable.
As for the San Francisco 49ers, the benching of Colin Kaepernick has stolen headlines in recent weeks. Blaine Gabbert has taken over as the starting quarterback and is looking to make a name for himself despite having already been labeled a disappointment as an NFL player.
San Francisco is obviously not having the ideal season, but the future might be looking clearer as it appears Kaepernick will not be part of it. Carlos Hyde won’t be playing in this one, though, which could — and likely will — negatively affect the offense as a whole.
