Denver Broncos troll Tom Brady after knocking off Patriots
By Randy Gurzi
Tom Brady got a taste of his own medicine as the Denver Broncos Facebook page trolled the Patriots quarterback following their win on Sunday
Tom Brady is no stranger to internet trolls, he photoshopped himself riding on the back of a team’s logo two separate times. The New England Patriots quarterback put an image of himself on the mascot of the Indianapolis Colts last season and tried the same joke again this year with the Denver Broncos mascot, but with much worse results.
Brady and the Pats lost in overtime to Denver, 30-24 and after the game he was handed an L on social media as well. The Facebook account for the Broncos shared a photoshopped image of how Brady looked after trying to ride their bucking bronco.
Brady has a history of making light of the upcoming matchup, so chances are he would applaud this move while looking to one-up the Broncos again (on the field and in social media) if they happen to meet in the post season.
There is a chance that the only way these two teams meet again this year would be in the AFC Championship game If Sunday night was any indicator, such a matchup for the chance to compete in the Super Bowl would be one for the ages. After Denver’s response to Brady’s posting, the social media battle could be just as impressive.
