Injuries continue to be a major storyline for fantasy football owners as we head into week 13 of the NFL season. With Jimmy Graham, Rob Gronkowski, Chris Johnson, Tony Romo, and Frank Gore joining the injured who could make up an All-Star team of their own.  Injury does open opportunity for other players to step up, though, as other players emerge down the stretch.  It’s crunch time in most fantasy football leagues as teams jockey for position int he playoffs or the consolation bracket.  If you are hitting the waiver wire week 13 hoping for some depth or an upgrade, check out my top ten pickups on the following slides.

More from Arizona Cardinals

Already this season, there have been some great waiver wire pickups, and I’ve done my best all year to help you find the top pickups each week. Every Tuesday on Fansided, I list my top 10 waiver wire pickups before and during the season.

Before jumping into the top 10 to target on the waiver wire week 13, let me remind you of a couple guidelines. First, I only highlight players who are available in over 50% of ESPN leagues (ownership percentages as of Monday night included in parentheses). If there are players who are owned in more than 50% of leagues but somehow are still floating on the waiver wire in your league, you can reach out and ask me specific questions on Twitter @FansidedFantasy where I do my best to answer as many questions as I can before waiver deadlines which are usually late tonight. You can also check back for more coverage including some last minute sleepers throughout the rest of the week on our Fantasy Football hub.

Each week in my top ten waiver wire pickups, I include at least one quarterback, one running back, one wide receiver, one tight end, and one team defense in my list. That way whatever position you need help at, you can find my top option analyzed here on this list.  To see deep league pickups or “honorable mentions” for my top ten, scroll to the final slide of this post where you’ll find more options for each of those positions.

Whether your team is safely in the playoffs, fighting for one of the last few spots, or getting ready for a battle for the #1 pick, check out these players from the waiver wire week 13 who can be a big boost for your fantasy team.
