The Washington Redskins are the epitome of boom/bust. Sometimes they look inept; other times they blow the doors off the competition. Perhaps the most interesting thing about this team is that they field a competitive squad that may make the playoffs. Given the turmoil surrounding Jay Gruden, Robert Griffin III and the Redskins heading into 2015, that’s saying something.

If Joey Bosa is the one-punch in Ohio State’s aggressive defense the past two years, then Von Bell has been the two-punch. Bell flies around the defensive backfield and has no problem laying the boomstick when necessary. He possesses great form, and lives by the credo of last line of defense.

Beyond the tackling acumen, Bell is a certified ballhawk. Heaven help the quarterback who lofts a lame duck or telegraphs a route.

Bell is compact, explosive and disrupts all aspects of an offense. He’s a raw talent that will continue to mature well after drafted into the league.
