The NBA action rolls along this Wednesday night, and one of the match ups that we’ll get to see features the New Orleans Pelicans going on the road to take on the Houston Rockets. This is a battle between two teams that have not gotten off to the starts they’d hoped for, but something has to give here with one of them coming away with the win.
After making the playoffs last season and showing all the promise in the world, the Pelicans come into this one with a 4-14 record and searching for any answer at this point. They’ve lost their last three games, with the last one coming at the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies. This team just seems lost here, and with Anthony Davis struggling to stay healthy, you have to wonder whether things get better from here.
The Rockets come into this one with a 7-11 record on the year, not where they thought they’d be at this point. They were riding a two-game winning streak, up until they dropped their last outing to the Detroit Pistons.
Again, something has to give when these two take the court against one another on Wednesday.
