Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford is feeling good, and looking to start in the Eagles’ next game this weekend.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford hasn’t seen the playing field since Week 10, but this weekend against the New England Patriots, he’s expecting to play, according to multiple sources including ESPN. Bradford was injured in a tough loss to the Miami Dolphins at home, and has missed two games since with a concussion and injury to his throwing shoulder.

Bradford was cleared last week from the concussion, but was kept sidelined due to the shoulder.

After joining the team in practice this week, he told the media, “I feel much better than I did at this point last week.” He added that it’s, “starting to feel good.”

Somehow, the Eagles are only one game behind the division-leading New York Giants, and are finding themselves still very much alive in the pitiful NFC East. Bradford clearly realizes this, saying, “we’re still in a position to get on a roll here and make the playoffs. Every game from here on out is important.”

It looks as if Sam is feeling good and ready to go, and understanding what’s at stake for him and the Eagles. Fans of the team have high expectations typically, but this season they’ve been let down by lots of losses and poor overall play. Hopefully for them, Bradford’s return helps a little.
