Beyonce and Bruno Mars will reportedly preform alongside Coldplay at the Super Bowl 50 during the halftime show.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Bruno Mars will preform alongside Coldplay during the halftime show of Super Bowl 50. Beyonce is also reportedly in talks to be part of the performance. CBS officially announced and confirmed WSJ’s report that Coldplay would headline the game’s halftime show.
If the WSJ’s report about Beyone and Bruno Mars taking part in the show alongside Coldplay, it would be a big hit for the NFL. All three artists are big names and each have their own niche and following in the music word. Additionally, Beyonce is featured in Coldplay’s new album, “A Head Full ff Dreams,” which is set to be released in December.

While Coldplay are well-known and have earned many Grammys, it would have been disappointing to have them as the sole artist at Super Bowl 50. Instead, the league stepped it up and nabbed two great individual artists in Bruno Mars and Beyonce to bring arguably the best halftime show to the fans both at the stadium and watching from home.
On Thursday, the league only confirmed Coldplay as the headlining band, but giving the band’s partnership with Beyonce in their latest album it wouldn’t be shocking to see her on the stage at Levi’s Stadium in February along with pop sensation Bruno Mars.
