We’re five weeks into the NBA season and already there have been shake ups across the board.

Next: NBA Power Rankings Week 5

Through five weeks in the NBA season, the Golden State Warriors have yet to lose a game — and it’s looking like they won’t for some time.

Utah gave them a bit of a jolt this week, taking the Dubs to the wire in one of their most intense games of the year. But the Warriors seem to be unstoppable and their historic streak is quickly becoming something that all NBA fans are rooting for in a big way.

Not everyone had a good week, as the separation at the top means there’s a hodgepodge the rest of the way down that gets messier the further you fall.

Basketball in Los Angeles is falling off, as the Lakers are godawful and the Clippers are slipping down the power rankings. Kobe announced his retirement this week as well, which means the only reason the Lakers will be worth watching is to see one of the greatest players in the league finish his final ride.

On the positive side of things, the Heat and Pacers are continuing to rise in the East — notably Indiana. After a rough start to their season, the Pacers are finally looking like contenders and played their way into the Top 10 for the first time all season long. They weren’t the only riser in the league this week, but the only way for you to find out who rose and fell is to check out the latest FanSided NBA Power Rankings.
